Grief has no limits or boundaries, and at times can be misunderstood by those who love you the most, even by professionals in the health and wellness world. Remember that grief is an experience that wants to be witnessed, not fixed by others.

Grief Release Program
This offering invites clients to use an online booklet with journal prompts, meditations, and creative reflections. The Grief Coach will help you complete the weekly prompts in every session. You meet with the coach once every week or biweekly. Offering details are listed here.
Free Discovery Session
A discovery session is 15-30 minutes of free support and guidance. This is an opportunity to learn more about the services, ask questions, or simply get to know if the Grief Coach is the right fit for you. Learn more here.
Free Energy Hygiene Session
This type of holistic support aims to help you feel energized with a hands-free method of reorganizing subtle energies in the mind and body. Energy hygiene can be complementary to traditional methods of healing. Learn more here.
Mini Grief Release Program
A shorter version of the grief release program. The offering includes a portion of the online booklet with journal prompts, meditations, and creative reflections. You meet with the grief coach online. The total duration is 4 weeks (offered weekly or biweekly). Offering details are listed here.
