Grief + Loss guidance to help you in any type of loss

Secondary Grief and Primary Loss
Loss of identity, income, hopes, dreams, faith, relationships, and support systems are some of the experiences that can go unrecognized. This may include all other types of losses that are non-death related. This is known as Secondary grief. I also provide grief support to those who have lost someone through death. This is known as primary loss.
Find your balance, energy & guidance the natural way.
I am here to support you to build roots to walk alongside your grief. Witnessing loss is like a relationship with no timeline, or expectations, and cannot be “solved” or fixed. Grief can be nourished with people and words, and from those things, you and your heart already know how to do.
“Embrace your grief, for there your soul will grow.”

For Your Health
In the early days of grief, it can be difficult to even take steps toward self-care. If you find yourself here, remember to take simple steps that do not drain your energy.
How It Works
Book a “discovery call” appointment to determine if these services are in alignment with your current life situation. This is also a good time to ask questions.
If you decide to move forward with the grief release program, you will be given simple paperwork to fill out online.
Book first meeting
After the paperwork is signed and returned, you will be guided to book another appointment for the first meeting of the grief release program.
Services now active
You will be given a link for the online sessions. After the session is over, we will book your next session. Services may discontinue at any time, risk-free. Please contact for refund information.
